What an excellent video!! The part about TV really hits home, I’ve had quite a few patients with knee arthritis that “don’t have time” to walk 30 minutes a day but know exactly what they are watching when they get home that night. This is how hard it is to get someone who is actually in pain to do daily activity!! Much less someone who has a metabolic disease (diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, etc.) and is literally killing themselves Eventually people have to decide what’s more important, their health or Seinfeld reruns.

Thanks for the comment Doc! It can be really hard to stay motivated sometimes, that’s why having a solid support network and community behind you is so important. On the other hand though, I do love Seinfeld reruns….
