    Wanted to go to CF Clarksville while in TN but today is their rest day and the only day I could go. So I made up my own WOD:

    10 Rounds for Time of

    10 squats
    10 push ups
    10 sit ups
    10 walking lunge steps
    10 burpees

    29:03 – surprised this took so long…

    Snatched 165 today, 10lb PR, so that was pretty cool. Than I proceeded to do this prowler challenge, we ended up doing it wrong because it was worded poorly, but anyway I pushed 450 + the prowler, basically 500 pounds, for two distances of 30 yards, which was pretty sweet, the guys were pretty impressed.

    I want to comment on the photos, and the guy jumping out of the plane. Is that a sort of 1RM max kind of workout, or could you do that AMRAP say with a bungee cord? Is he required to complete some sort of task while in the air, possibly bringing a while new meaning to air squats, im just saying……
