    Shoulder Pressed 150 for a set of 5, pretty good seeing as i maxed out at 160 last time, must have been a fluke.

    They dun learned me good o’er here. Haha, today i deadlifted 300 for a set of 11, i puked in my mouth mid-set, but still finished it strong. Than i did
    4 Rounds for time:
    10 weighted dips at 55#
    30 Double Unders ( was going to originally be 3 rope climbs, after the first round it became apparent that wasn’t going to happen.)
