12:32 with 95# bar; dips on bars with blue band GRADUATED FROM GREEN!! and more reps accomplished per set so my upper body strength is definitely improving! Couldn’t squat in the clean obviously and I feel it was sloppy. Having a hard time with bar touching thighs on the way up. Add to the list of things to work on!
