    Today I did

    5 Rounds for time:
    50 yards farmers walk 100# each hand
    10 Tire flips (275lb tire)
    20 Sandbag Frontsquat 70lbs

    Was trying to do a strongman type workout, I kind of came up with it on the fly so it ended up being harder than i wanted it, but it was still good.
