1. They weigh 48kg/105lb
2. They were snatching over 200lbs at the end.

Tie a five-pound plate to hang an honest 18″ (14″ Females) above your tiptoe reach and complete 5 rounds for time of:
50 Jump and touch
40 Squats
30 Sit-ups
20-Push-ups
10 Pull-ups

Today I squatted 275 for a set of 9 and then i did the wod
5 Rounds for time:
100 Yard 90 # sled pulls
10 Push jerks at 115#

Did this in 29:47, it wasnt particularly hard, the thing I was jump and touching was not 18 inches though, probably more like 12, i had trouble setting something up any higher. Probably would have been alot longer WOD. Overall i thought the jump and touch thing was pretty stupid, should have just done box jumps, would have saved my neck getting all tight while looking up.
